1997 Scand 29 Baltic with Mercruiser D4.2l 220hp inboard diesel engine on shaft drive. Equally at home on coastal or inland waters, Bess of Birdham has a charming layout and traditional styling. A double berth aft cabin with adjacent heads compartment is accessed via a clever 'secret' sliding hatch in the wheelhouse seating. There is seating and a table in the cockpit for enjoying the weather, or alternatively there is a beautiful circular seating and table arrangement down below (convertible to double berth), with galley and storage. There is an additional quarter berth which means the boat can offer sleeping for up to 5. Well equipped for navigation with Raymarine A95 plotter, Raymarine AIS receiver, Raymarine echo sounder, Simrad radar and Robertson Autopilot, Bess also has a Sleipner bow thruster to help with that all important manoeuvrability when you get back to your berth.
